Good Day Gamers!
I know that this year has been lite on updates from me and the gaming community, but I assure you, things have been very busy. From channel troubles with YouTube and a but of job tribulation from my personal life, I’ve had plenty to keep me busy.
But let’s dive into some good news. Over the last month or so, I’ve been working on establishing a new home for the game servers, website and community that I host. I’m happy to report that all the code, web presence, bots and all have been transferred to their new home. Previously, I was using OVH for hosting, but I needed to change for a few reasons.
I’ll keep the details short, but due to an issue with customer service and a need to free up some finances on my part, a new home was necessary. I do want to be clear about something before we continue… OVH, from a hosting perspective was a solid choice from where I was prior. The systems themselves are very reliable and fees are affordable for bare-metal servers. I don’t want to paint a picture that I’m a guy that likes to burn bridges, but I will say that their customer service could use some work. All-in-all, I’m fairly satisfied with my experience with them.
